  • Payment terms are as specified in the invoice or quotation

3. Warranty and Returns

  • New equipment comes with manufacturer warranty as specified
  • Repair services carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused products in original packaging
  • Custom orders and calibration services are non-refundable

4. Service Terms

  • Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on equipment condition
  • Customers must provide accurate information about equipment issues
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed issues
  • Equipment left for service beyond 90 days may be disposed of after notice
